Services
Industrial design services, from concept to production
Melon Design Studio is a multidisciplinary product design firm based in Tel Aviv. For over two decades we have partnered with brands and manufacturers to take products from first sketch to a part coming off the line — industrial design, engineering support, prototyping and production supervision under one roof.
How a project runs
Concept & Definition
We start with the product's purpose, users and constraints, then explore form and interaction through sketches and quick physical studies until the direction is clear.
Industrial Design
Form language, ergonomics, materials, finishes and CMF are resolved together, so the product looks and feels intentional in the hand and on the shelf.
Engineering & Design for Manufacture
Detailed 3D models, part breakdown, tolerances and assembly logic are developed with manufacturing in mind — injection moulding, sheet metal, extrusion or machining.
Prototyping & Validation
Appearance models and functional prototypes let you test fit, use and perception before tooling commitments are made.
Production Supervision
We stay involved through tooling, first articles and pre-production samples, reviewing parts against the design intent until the product ships.

Each area links to real projects in our gallery, so you can judge the work before you talk to us.
Medical Devices
Devices and enclosures where usability, cleanability and regulatory-driven detailing matter.

Projects usually begin with a short conversation about the product, the timeline and where it needs to be manufactured. From there we scope the work in phases so you can commit step by step rather than all at once.
