The Pal Video Panel System by Pal Electronics Systems is a cloud-managed wireless video intercom designed for secure access control at gates and entrances. The system integrates a 7-inch anti-vandal touchscreen, wide-angle camera, and multiple connectivity options to enable remote access and video communication through the PalGate app. The project included the complete product design process, from initial concept development through detailed mechanical engineering. A key challenge was developing a robust enclosure using precision aluminum components to achieve high strength, durability, and reliable performance in outdoor environments.
